We keep a bottle of 5 puttyonos at home, unopened, waiting for the most special of occassions. Here in New York, almost no one is familiar with it, so they are always pleasantly shocked when we open a bottle of 3 puttyonos at gatherings that they've never heard of it! It was so nice to see an (english) blogpost on it! Tokajii Aszu is probably the most delicious and unique wine I have ever tasted.
