Dobos torte is a traditional Hungarian cream cake. It was created by Hungarian confectioner József C. Dobos in 1884.

    I will always remember Gerbeaud fondly. Not just for the delicious pastries, but because we were enjoying coffee and desert there when the airline called to tell us they’d located our missing luggage :-)
