I've been looking for a recipe for potato langos for a while. This sounds exactly like the ones that myself and my nan used to make together.

Only difference is the we never rolled them out, just hand rolled them into balls and gently squashed them.

This one is great cold too with jam or cream-cheese, or hot with garlic salt... yummmm

Szia Suzanne,

I am here in Afghanistan and i can't wait to get home to have homemade Hungarian foods such as these. This is a great site love all the food. Just looking at the photos makes my mouth water. I love to cook all the foods of my childhood. Again, i can't wait to get back to the US and then my semi annual visit to Hungary. This probably isn't the place to post this on your web site but i just wanted to say i will be a regular here!

egészségre!
Phil
