I love how we took Christkindl (lit. the Christ Child) from Europe, mispronounced and mistranslated it into Kris Kringle in North America. Then  somehow Kris Kringle becomes Santa Claus. We have taken the baby Jesus and turned him into a fat man with a red coat! Ah language.</description>
