		<description>Nice and interesting article. I think that Russian food it`s maybe heavier that the Hungarian one, is n`t it? Maybe it`s because they used to be very poor. Few things to eat, but very energetic! And because of the cold, of course. However, the kulich has the  same ingredients of Panettone and Colomba (Dove) the typical Italian cakes respectively for Christmas and Easter!</description>
